NOV 9th
I am amazed at my ability to uphold promises now. No matter what they do, no matter what happens, I keep a promise. I shouldn't, but I do. I have all sorts of promises inside my heart - the ones that liberate me, and those that hold me back. Sometimes the promises become meaningless; at other times they turn into nightmares. I suppose it is a matter of principle for me, or perhaps it is the love I have, or may be it is mixture of both.
It has been years. I do not know if you still cut a pineapple cake on your birthday now, or if you go out to KFC or if your friends kidnap you and take you elsewhere. I do not know if you patiently wait to open your gifts at the end of your day or if you look forward to a phone call at midnight. Perhaps there is a woman who makes it special for you - I do not know. But I hope there is one. I do what I can, and I will do what I can. Happy Birthday.
I have a smile for you today.

Gud One...!
An old man lived alone in a village. He wanted to spade his potato garden, but it was very hard work. His only son, who would have helped him, was in prison. The old man wrote a letter to his son and mentioned his situation:
Dear Son,
I am feeling pretty bad because it looks like I won’t be able to plant my potato garden this year. I hate to miss doing the garden, because your mother always loved planting time. I’m just getting too old to be digging up a garden plot. If you were here, all my troubles would be over. I know you would dig the plot for me, if you weren’t in prison.
Love,
Dad
Shortly, the old man received this telegram: “For Heaven’s sake, Dad, don’t dig up the garden!! That’s where I buried the GUNS!!”
At 4 a.m. the next morning, a dozen FBI agents and local police officers showed up and dug up the entire garden without finding any guns.
Confused, the old man wrote another note to his son telling him what happened, and asked him what to do next.
His son’s reply was: “Go ahead and plant your potatoes, Dad.. It’s the best I could do for you from here.”
NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE IN THE WORLD, IF YOU HAVE DECIDED TO DO SOMETHING DEEP FROM YOUR HEART YOU CAN DO IT.
IT IS THE THOUGHT THAT MATTERS NOT WHERE YOU ARE OR WHERE THE PERSON IS.

Love happens once…
Love happens once…
Thereafter it is just imitation or pretention!
The lucky one gets the one loved
May not to live till eternity
But to live quality, fulfilled life
The ones to adjust
Are the ones to accommodate the unacceptable.
Not sacrifice, don’t be disguised
But hiding the gentle truth
Until frustration unwraps it
For love happens just once
And once alone…
Thereafter it is just imitation or pretention!

Are the ones to accommodate the unacceptable.
Not sacrifice, don’t be disguised
